Hi there!

My name is Chiara and I'm the host of your cooking class in Milan. Mine is a story of courage, flexibility, flour and eggs. Definitely a long story. 

I born in Fano, a charming little town on the Adriatic coast, and at the age of nineteen I come to Milan with empty pockets and suitcases full of dreams. I realize the biggest one: becoming a copywriter. After 17 years spent in international advertising agencies, after many national and international awards won and, of course, after a thousands of headlines written, I suddenly lose my job.

A hammer blow to my life. And now? 

Stella, a dear friend of mine, suggests me to make a course to become a tour guide. I'm confused but and I understand that it’s time to flip the game and to write a new chapter of my life. So I take the license of tour guide and then I have the idea of teaching people the art of pasta.

Now I'm the boss of myself and I put in my new job all the skills I learned in my life: first of all the love for traditional food that I got from my mum and grandma, eight years of amateur theater that help me to deal with people, the passion of storytelling from adv.
